Frequently asked questions
What if I outgrow my package?
You can upgrade at any time — we’ll pro-rate the difference and migrate you to the new tier within a week. Most clients start on Engine and move to Scale within 12–18 months as their team grows. Downgrades are also fine after the initial 12-month minimum term.
Can I cancel?
Yes, after the 12-month minimum term. After that it rolls month-to-month and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. The 90-day satisfaction guarantee covers the first three months — if it isn’t working for you in that window, we refund the setup fee in full.
Is there really a 12-month minimum?
Yes. SEO, reviews, and customer follow-up systems compound over time — they don’t deliver in three months. Twelve months is the realistic window to see proper results. If you’re not willing to commit to a year, our system probably isn’t the right fit, and we’d rather tell you up front than waste your money.
Do you offer one-off projects?
Occasionally, for specific use cases — a website redesign without ongoing management, a CRM migration, a Google Business Profile cleanup. Get in touch and we’ll quote it. Most one-off projects sit between £1,500 and £6,000. We don’t do ad-hoc hourly work.
What’s included in setup?
For Starter: building the website, configuring hosting and SSL, setting up your Google Business Profile, and migrating any existing domain. Typically 2–4 weeks. For Engine: all of the above plus CRM integration, automation flows, citations, and SEO foundations — 4–6 weeks. For Scale: everything plus custom-branded CRM build, staff logins, ad campaign setup, and conversion tracking — 6–8 weeks.
What happens after 12 months?
Your contract rolls month-to-month with the same pricing. Most clients stay because the systems get more valuable over time — your review count compounds, your SEO climbs, your email list grows. We do an annual review at the 12-month mark to look at what’s working and what needs adjusting.
