Refund Policy

90-day money-back guarantee on monthly retainers. Fair, transparent terms — read in full below.

01Overview

We want every client to be happy with our services. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

02Build fees (one-time)

Build fees cover the upfront work of designing your website, configuring your CRM, setting up integrations, and onboarding your team.

  • Once work has commenced, build fees are non-refundable
  • Before work commences, you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days
  • Work is considered "commenced" when we begin design or development tasks (typically within 48 hours of payment)

03Monthly retainers (90-day money-back guarantee)

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on monthly retainers. If you're not happy with our service in the first 90 days, we will refund all retainer payments made.

To request a refund:

  • Email dylan@autoascension.com within 90 days of your first retainer payment
  • State the reason for the refund (so we can improve)
  • We'll process the refund within 14 working days to your original payment method

After 90 days, retainers are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice — see Termination in our Terms of Service.

04Cancellation vs refund

Cancellation: You stop paying for future months. No refund of past payments.

Refund: Past payments are returned (only available in the first 90 days).

You can cancel anytime after 90 days. We do not require contracts after 90 days.

05What's NOT refundable

The following are non-refundable in all cases:

  • Third-party costs we've paid on your behalf (domain registrations, premium plugins, Google Ads spend, SMS credits)
  • Build fees once work has commenced
  • Retainers paid more than 90 days ago

06Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at dylan@autoascension.com. We'll respond within 3 working days. If we can't resolve it, you may raise a chargeback with your bank or contact the relevant ombudsman.

07Consumer rights (UK)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
